A Platform for Reshoring American Manufacturing

Black Arch HoldingsTM is the manufacturing holding company of Trestle Capital Partners and the platform for the firm's Manufacturing division. It is the entity through which the division pursues its manufacturing strategy.

The division's purpose is reshoring: supporting the return of manufacturing operations to the United States and strengthening domestic supply chains. Its areas of interest are construction and modular building systems, medical-technology manufacturing, and automation for manufacturing entities.

Industrial Land and Development

Trestle Capital Partners, through Black Arch HoldingsTM, the platform's manufacturing holding company, acquires and develops land for large-scale industrial and manufacturing use. The prepared sites are established for manufacturing, logistics, and related operations.

Before any site can support industrial operations, it must meet several development requirements: transportation access, sufficient utility capacity, site preparation, and engineering suited to the intended use. These requirements determine which sites the firm pursues and how each is developed.

Manufacturing Infrastructure

Black Arch HoldingsTM is the manufacturing holding company within the Trestle Capital Partners platform. The platform is organized to pursue manufacturing operations in the United States, with a focus on companies relocating production to domestic facilities.

Within that mandate, the platform has identified four areas of interest. The first is construction and modular building systems, including construction techniques and materials that support new production facilities. The second is medical-technology manufacturing, aimed at domestic production of medical devices and equipment. The third is automation for manufacturing, including robotics and artificial intelligence applied to production. The fourth is an emphasis on energy efficiency and security. These are areas the platform is organized to evaluate. They are not assets the platform currently holds.

Strategic Industrial Integration

Black Arch HoldingsTM, KORSATM Motorsports, and Nexaron Holdings are separate Trestle Capital Partners platforms, each with its own mandate. Black Arch Holdings is the firm's manufacturing holding company.

The case for proximity is industrial rather than contractual. Manufacturing depends on suitable land, reliable power, and digital infrastructure, so industrial land, motorsports venues, and infrastructure can sit near one another within a broader firm.

The firm's stated areas of interest are construction and modular building systems, medical-technology manufacturing, and automation for manufacturing. Each draws on land and infrastructure in some form. Any operating relationship between the platforms would have to be established on its own facts and on its own terms, and it would be described only once it exists.
