What We Do
The companies, and the capital beside them.
Trestle Capital Partners owns the holding company of each live platform. The work is the company: the land, the tracks, the wells, the studio, the plants. Funds are how outside capital participates. They are not the homepage.
Active divisions
- Real EstateBlue Land Holdings. Collector communities, private garages, and storage — owned and operated, not brokered as a concept.
- MotorsportsKorsa Holdings LLC. Two engines: land and tracks, and teams. The North Carolina track land is Korsa.
- Life SciencesEnergenix Holdings. Healthspan. Nutrition, natural remedies, supplements, topicals, and ingestibles — the quality of a life, and its length.
- EnergyReSTIM Holdings LLC. Acquiring legacy wells, plus acreage for new drilling, and selected upstream and midstream. The public name of the platform is Energy.
- MediaHelix Media Holdings. The studio for the rest of the firm, and a media business in its own right.
- ManufacturingBlack Arch Holdings LLC. Its own holding company. Real estate on the land does not make it a Blue Land business.
- Industrial InfrastructureNexaron Holdings LLC. Infrastructure as its own platform. Not a sleeve of the manufacturing business.
- TechnologyTCP Technology LLC. Software the firm uses, software it licenses inward, and software it may license out.
- Sports & EntertainmentVictory Arch Holdings. Minority stakes in teams, and facility roll-ups under licenses the firm actually holds.
- EducationEveron Holdings LLC. Events, training, and the rooms where the firm’s other platforms meet people.
- Resorts & HospitalityAvella Holdings LLC. Hospitality as an operating company, held apart from the garage communities and the tracks.
- Sponsorships & BrandsHolding company forthcoming. The commercial layer on assets the firm already owns — and the same work, sold to other firms.
