KORSATM Motorsports is the motorsports division of Trestle Capital Partners. It is a dedicated platform for acquiring, developing, and consolidating motorsports assets in North America and select international markets.
The platform is built to own and develop four categories of assets: professional racing teams in major racing series; racetracks and motorsports parks; real estate, resort, and experiential development around those venues; and the media and sponsorship rights connected to teams and tracks. At the venue level, the model draws on racing events, membership clubs, track rentals, experiential programming, and hospitality.

Tracks and Infrastructure
KORSATM approaches racetrack venues and motorsports parks as operating businesses with several sources of revenue. A track can earn income from race events, membership clubs, private rentals, experiential programs, and hospitality. Facilities may include a road course alongside kart and off-road circuits, which lets a single property serve competition, member driving, instruction, and corporate events. Paddock, garage, and hospitality areas support both race weekends and private bookings. Track time sold to teams, clubs, and manufacturers for testing and development fills the calendar between scheduled events.
Real estate is part of the same strategy. Motorsports resorts can offer track-view property, such as private garages, villas, and estate homes, for owners who want direct access to the circuit. These holdings link the land under and around the track to the activity on it, so the value of the real estate depends partly on how well the venue operates. KORSATM considers both ground-up development of new sites and the acquisition of existing tracks. The aim is to combine track operations, resort hospitality, and trackside property with the division's racing team interests.
Teams and competitive programs
KORSATM pursues ownership of professional racing teams across multiple disciplines. The strategy includes acquiring existing teams and developing new programs, with attention to operational management, technical capability, and the organizational structure needed to compete consistently over successive seasons. Team ownership sits within the broader KORSATM platform rather than standing as a separate activity, and each program is evaluated on its competitive and operational merits.
KORSATM does not publish specific series, planned entries, or season timing. Discussions with teams are ongoing, but this page does not identify the series involved, and no driver, race result, or completed team acquisition is reported here. Any future announcement about a team or competitive program will be made once it is appropriate to disclose.

Commercial partnerships and hospitality
KORSATM is designed to generate commercial value beyond competition itself. Holding teams across multiple racing series is intended to allow sponsorship to be packaged across those series rather than negotiated one team at a time. The same structure is meant to support in-house media production, documentary rights, and digital content drawn from team activity. Venues add a second set of revenue lines: racing events, membership clubs, track rentals, experiential events, and hospitality.
Membership is the element intended to connect these businesses. KORSATM membership programs are planned to provide reciprocal access across KORSATM venues and to integrate with the broader Gearhead Grotto Club ecosystem. The model also contemplates direct access to the sport for investors in the platform, including attendance at races and time with teams, drivers, and venues. This section describes how the platform is designed to operate. It does not describe executed sponsorship, media, or hospitality agreements.

An integrated platform
KORSATM operates alongside other Trestle Capital Partners divisions in media, real estate development, and technology and data, and is structured to benefit from its connections to each. Real estate around the tracks includes garages, villas, and estates. Super-pad and collector-garage land beside a circuit is part of that real estate relationship, not a separate motorsports brand.
KORSATM membership programs will integrate with the broader Gearhead Grotto Club ecosystem. Members will hold a place within that wider club network as well as a connection to the track.
