Blue Land Holdings is the real estate holding company. Trestle Capital Partners owns it outright. The work is physical: luxury communities for auto collectors, garages the firm owns, private clubs and clubhouses, drives that connect them, rental garages, and auto-focused commercial flex.
Storage sits in two places at once. Gold Box Storage is traditional self-storage. The same developments also hold storage inside the garage communities, so the asset is not a single product with a slogan attached.
Gearhead Grotto LLC builds the collector communities. GHG Flex LLC is the auto-focused commercial flex. Where Korsa controls land beside a track, that track-adjacent super-pad land is offered to Gearhead Grotto first.
