Sports & Entertainment

The Business of Competition. The Power of Entertainment.

Victory Arch HoldingsTM is the holding company for Trestle's Sports & Entertainment division. Its mandate covers minority stakes in sports teams, stakes in semi-professional teams, and facility interests, such as pickleball, to be consolidated under licensed brands.

The division evaluates sports organizations as businesses, not as trophies. KORSATM Motorsports, Helix, and Avella are separate Trestle platforms and fall outside Victory Arch HoldingsTM.

Victory Arch Holdings

How participation is evaluated

Sports & Entertainment, through Victory Arch HoldingsTM, focuses on minority and semi-professional team stakes. A minority holder does not direct the organization, so the division evaluates what a non-controlling participant can see and rely on: the quality and alignment of the lead owners and operating partners, the basis for the entry valuation relative to comparable organizations, and the rights that govern information, transfer, and exit. Each review also weighs the risks particular to minority sports positions. These include limited liquidity, little influence over when a sale occurs, distributions that may not be paid, dependence on individual players or market trends, and valuation risk in newer leagues. The record does not establish that the division holds or will pursue a control position in any organization, and this page should not be read to suggest one.

The commercial assessment considers the organization as an operating business: media rights, sponsorship, facilities, fan communities, hospitality, merchandising, and local-market engagement. The division examines each as a potential source of revenue and tests how durable it may be. None is treated as contracted. Victory Arch's stated approach also includes consolidating facilities, such as pickleball, under licensed brands. KORSATM Motorsports is a separate platform, and Helix (media), Sponsorships & Brands, and Avella (resorts and hospitality) are separate from Victory Arch. Where a team's commercial needs overlap with those areas, any relationship would be evaluated on its own terms. This page does not describe any joint venture or commercial arrangement among these platforms.

Soccer

Within Trestle's Sports & Entertainment division, where Victory Arch HoldingsTM serves as the holding company for minority and semi-professional team stakes, soccer is a category of interest because of the sport's international reach. Our attention extends to selected European football markets and centers on club operations, fan engagement, and commercial partnerships. This section describes areas of study only. It does not describe a current holding, a completed transaction, or an offering.

Basketball

Basketball is one of the categories that Trestle's Sports & Entertainment division can evaluate. The division's review covers four areas: the arena experience, professional competition, commercial engagement, and franchise-related opportunities. Victory Arch HoldingsTM, the division's holding company, takes minority and semi-professional team stakes, which gives it a defined structure for considering basketball positions. Each opportunity is assessed on its own merits, and the division does not commit in advance to any team, league, or venue.

Baseball

Within Sports & Entertainment, baseball is a category of interest for Victory Arch HoldingsTM, the division's holding company for minority and semi-professional team stakes. Our focus spans professional and minor league baseball and the qualities that sustain a club across many seasons: its connection to the community it represents, the experience its venue offers on game day, and the commercial development that can grow around a ballpark. This section describes areas of interest and should not be read as a statement of any current holding.

American Football

American football operates within one of the most developed commercial environments in sport. Value is built on media rights, sponsorship, ticketing, merchandise, and licensing, and the game-day experience increasingly extends into hospitality, live entertainment, and year-round content. Equity in top-tier organizations is scarce, and minority positions are difficult to obtain. Within Sports & Entertainment, Victory Arch HoldingsTM takes minority and semi-professional team stakes. In this sport, the relevant considerations include access to media and ancillary revenue, alignment with lead owners, and the realities of illiquidity and limited control over exit timing.

Cricket

Cricket's commercial weight sits largely outside North America and continental Europe. Its audience and revenue are concentrated in South Asia, with long-established markets in England, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the Caribbean. The Twenty20 format and the city-based franchise leagues built around it have shifted value toward media rights, sponsorship and team ownership, while international fixtures between national sides continue to anchor the calendar. Because the sport combines a geographically concentrated fan base, format-driven growth and a mix of national and franchise structures, it operates as a distinct commercial ecosystem rather than an extension of North American or European sports models. This section is market context only and does not describe a Victory Arch HoldingsTM position, mandate or transaction.

Pickleball

Within Sports & Entertainment, Trestle views pickleball through two lenses: participation-driven business opportunities, where the case rests on recurring play rather than spectatorship, and premium competitive venues designed for organized play. Victory Arch HoldingsTM, the division's holding company, rolls up facilities such as pickleball under licensed brands. Each opportunity is assessed on its own operating merits, not on general enthusiasm for the sport.

Strategic integration

Sports & Entertainment operates through Victory Arch HoldingsTM, which takes minority and semi-professional team stakes and rolls up facilities under licensed brands. The value of a team or facility tends to follow the revenue around the event: media rights, sponsorship, licensing, and attendance. Several of those revenue lines fall within the remit of other Trestle platforms, each a separate business. Where terms can be agreed on an arm's-length basis, Helix could produce or distribute content tied to teams and facilities within Victory Arch's mandate, and Sponsorships & Brands could represent the associated sponsorship inventory.

The same logic could extend further. KORSATM Motorsports and Victory Arch may reach overlapping audiences and sponsor categories, which could support coordinated partner discussions. Avella's resort and hospitality offerings could be paired with events to extend visitor spend beyond the venue. Trestle's technology and venue development activities could inform ticketing, audience data, and facility planning. Each connection would be assessed case by case and would require agreement between separate platforms. None is assured.
