The Firm

One operating firm. Twelve holding companies. A parent GP above the capital.

Trestle Capital Partners LLC is the operating firm. It has a C-suite, a board, and a mid-level. It owns 100 percent of every division holding company.

Trestle Financial is the founders’ holding company. It is not a division, it does not appear in the navigation, and it is not the name on the offerings. The public firm is Trestle Capital Partners.

How the firm is built

Each live platform has its own holding company. Real estate does not absorb manufacturing because both touch land. Motorsports does not absorb the North Carolina acreage held for plants. Infrastructure is not a footnote under either of them.

Private equity, private credit, venture capital, and insurance are not part of this list. They are marked coming soon, without teams or funds invented to fill the page.

Capital and the parent GP

Passion Capital Partners LLC is the parent general partner. It either acts as GP on a deal directly, or it owns at least 10 percent of a division GP. Some divisions have their own GP. Media’s GP is YT Capital Partners. Others use Passion.

GP Stakes II is $250 million of direct equity in that parent GP. Returns, if any, come from funds, syndications, and one-off transactions across the divisions. This page does not state a multiple, a target return, or a lock-up.

More than $5.25 billion in current offerings is the public headline: Gearhead Grotto Fund I LP $300 million, the Korsa fund $4 billion, the ReSTIM fund $300 million, Energenix Acquisition Partners I LP $300 million, YT Acquisition Fund $100 million, and GP Stakes II $250 million. Expandable capacity on the ReSTIM and Energenix vehicles is not included.

The information on this website is for general information. It is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to sell or buy any security, investment product, or advisory service. An offer is made only to qualified investors through a confidential private placement memorandum, or similar materials, that describe the material terms. Past performance and any targeted performance are not indicative of future results, and there can be no assurance that any target will be met. Figures described as currently offered are not assets under management. Projections and hypothetical examples are not the results of a Trestle Capital Partners vehicle. They may omit economic and market conditions, and they do not describe any particular investor. Nothing on this site is a forecast of future performance. Readers should consult their own legal, tax, and business advisors.

Where the platforms meet

Korsa offers track-adjacent super-pad land to Gearhead Grotto first. Helix makes media for every division. Sponsorships & Brands sells the audiences and the places those platforms create, including work for firms outside Trestle. Passion Capital and GP Stakes II sit above the capital, not inside a single division. Energy is ReSTIM together with Artemis. Manufacturing at Black Arch is distinct from Blue Land and from Nexaron.
